Notice of cancellation is accepted Monday to Friday 9-4:30 and must be confirmed immediately by email. We make a 3% charge for all refunds made to a credit card. We make no charge for refunds made direct to a bank account.

Consultation and Review Appointments

Payment for a cancelled consultation or review appointment is refundable provided cancellation is made 48 hours or more in advance of the appointment time. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment fees may be charged. Please note that fees will not be refunded for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

 

Surgical apopintments

Payment for a cancelled surgical appointment is refundable provided cancellation is made three weeks or more in advance of the appointment time. Cancellation of surgery notified with less than three week's notice but more than one week's notice are charged at 50% of the fee paid, unless the slot can be filled. Cancellation of surgery notified with less than one week's notice but more than 48 hours notice are charged at 100% of the fee paid, unless the slot can be filled. Please note that fees will not be refunded for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
